The Comprehensive Ranking System score required by the PNP candidates was 778. Since the invited candidates already had 600 additional points through the provincial nomination, they required 118 points only in the Express Entry System.
Candidates who submitted their express entry profiles in the system before 16th March 2021 at 16:09:32 UTC received invitations in this draw. This was used as a tie-break date and time. The Ministry announces the tie-break time as per the rule even when there is no actual tie.

To accomplish the immigration target, IRCC is conducting PNP and CEC-specific express entry draws. Immigration candidates belonging to these categories are already staying in Canada. So, the immigration ministry is issuing invitations to these candidates as there are travel restrictions for candidates living outside Canada.
