Canada has invited Canadian Experience Class candidates in another Express Entry Draw held on July 23. The IRCC has issued a total of 3,343 invitations. The Comprehensive Ranking System score requirement was 445 only. So, candidates with a CRS score of at least 445 received an Invitation to Apply for Canadian Permanent Residence in this draw.
The preceding CEC-specific draw was conducted on June 25. The cut-off CRS score needed in that draw was 431. However, in this newest draw, the CRS score has been increased by 14 points. This is because more candidates were able to enter the express entry pool.
Canada conducted an all-program draw on July 8 this month. After that, it has once again switched to the PNP and CEC specific draws only.
The tie-break rule is applied in all the express entry draws in order to rank candidates with the same CRS scores. In this EE draw, the tie-break date and time were July 12, 2020, at 15:16:55 UTC.
The total number of ITAs issued by Canada through the Express Entry this year have become 57,700 with this draw.
Canadian Experience Class is an immigration program listed in the express entry system. Canada recognizes the efforts of talented foreign workers who help in the economic growth of the country. Thus, the government has a separate immigration program for people who are already working in Canada.
Foreign skilled workers with at least one year of Canadian work experience can apply for a permanent resident status through the CEC immigration program.
