4. Apply for PR in Canada under QSWP (Quebec Skilled Workers Program):

Quebec Skilled Workers Program is a popular immigration program initiated by the Canadian Federal Government, which enables highly skilled, educated, and trained foreign workers who can contribute to the Quebec economy and community. The rules, processes, and methods of the Quebec program differ from the other Canadian PNP programs.

The two categories to apply for the Quebec immigration program:

  • Apply to the Quebec government for a certificate of selection (CSQ), and they will confirm that Quebec has accepted you as an immigrant. Quebec province will review you using its own rules.
  • Apply to IRCC (Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada) for Permanent Residence after you get the Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ).
After the process, you need to pass a medical exam, a Police Verification Certificate, and these checks are mandatory for all immigrants. 

5. Start-up visa:

This program applies to those applicants who have a business idea, want to set up a new business in Canada, and someone to finance it as well. This visa allows the applicants and their family members to Permanent Residency in Canada, but you need to have proof that you have sufficient funds.

  1. You need to prove that your business scheme or idea is being supported by a selected Organization
