IRCC has issued 462 invitations to Express Entry candidates in the newest EE Draw. Applicants belonging to the Provincial Nominee Program received invitations in this draw. Therefore, the Comprehensive Ranking System score required was 734.
Candidates needed at least 134 points for their express entry profiles since they already had 600 points as provincial nominees.
Canada invited 627 PNP candidates in the previous express entry draw. And the CRS score requirement was 760 in that invitation round. In this newest draw, both the number of invitations and the CRS score requirement has been reduced.
IRCC has released the tie-break date and time for this draw as per the administrative requirement. Express entry applicants must have submitted their profiles before April 11, 2021, at 10:56:32 UTC. IRCC did not issue invitations to those candidates who submitted their profiles after the tie-break date and time.

Canada has set the target of welcoming around 108,500 new permanent residents primarily through the programs managed by the Express Entry Immigration System. As of today, IRCC has already issued 68,817 invitations to express entry candidates.
Canada is gradually reopening its border to non-essential travel. Fully vaccinated people from the United States of America will be able to enter the Canadian border in August. And in September, Canada will possibly open its border to fully vaccinated travelers from all countries.
