All the sub-categories are taken into consideration and the candidate who scores the highest gets an invitation to apply for a provincial nominee program. If the candidate gets an invitation there are 30 days that is due to submit an application that is complete via the online system of BC PNP.
Once the provincial nomination becomes successful, IRCC will allow the candidate to apply for the status of Canadian PR. But before this, the package of application for the BC PNP needs to be submitted and the decision for the province shall be notified to the candidate in two to three months at max.
PNP has a validity for 6 months from the confirmation date.
As a candidate for a PNP, there is an extra 600 CRS score that will be more than enough to get an ITA in the coming draw of Express Entry.
